Our kits include a mix of 5", 11" and 16" balloons.
Balloons may need a little stretch for lower powered electric pumps.
A hand pump or electric pump is needed for the 5" balloons.
No helium needed. Want a little extra pizzazz? 11" and larger balloons can be filled with helium. 5" balloons are too small to float.
24" and 36" balloons are an upgrade.
