Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund. The item(s) must be unopened, in the original packaging and accompanied by a return authorization approval.
Once product packaging is opened, it may no longer be returned. Please reach out to the customer service team at support@elliesparty.com to request your return authorization approval before anything is shipped back. Returns without a return authorization approval will be returned to the shipper.
Items returned after 14 days are not eligible for a refund.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If you received a promotional discount on your order, that amount will be deducted from your return.
We do not replace or refund orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by customers. Please triple check that your shipping address is your current address and that it's spelled correctly before completing your purchase.
Ellie’s Party Supply reserves the right to refuse a return, exchange, or refund on opened or used merchandise not returned in its original condition beyond the return/ exchange period. We only accept returns on merchandise purchased from Elliesparty.com.
Ellie’s Party Supply provides prepaid return labels in limited situations. Ellie’s Party Supply does not provide prepaid return labels on orders in which the order was accidentally placed or is no longer needed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please contact us to resolve the issue right away. Items with obvious signs of damage can be returned, and we will supply a free of charge return shipping label.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (typically up to 5 business days from processing.)

Ellie's Party Supply is not responsible for Lost, Stolen, Mis-Routed or Undelivered shipments or those seized by Customs.
Refused shipments/packages may get lost by the postal service in the return process and may not get returned to us. If you refuse your order on delivery and it is not returned to our warehouse, we are unable to issue a refund.
If you refuse to accept your delivery because there is visible damage to the package or to the items inside the package, you will not be charged for any cost of return shipping and will receive your choice of a full refund or a new shipment of your order.
