Absolutely - in fact, we recommend you do!
Since balloons for your balloon garland will be air-filled, they can actually last 5-7 days (out of direct sun and heat). We usually recommend setting up the garland 1-2 days before the event.

Good news: assembly is fun, and customers tell us daily that it's a lot easier than they expected!
Assembly may take 45-120 minutes depending on the size garland you order. We HIGHLY recommend using an air pump to speed up the process.

We pack every order in 1 to 3 business days. Standard USPS shipping then takes 3 to 5 business days, and every garland kit ships free within the U.S. International shipping can take longer.
If your date is tight, tell us your event date before you order and we'll help you pick the right shipping. Faster shipping is available at checkout for an extra cost.
Custom garlands are made to order just for you, so they can't be returned. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@elliesparty.com and we'll make it right.

Each kit comes with plenty of balloons in a variety of sizes to make your garland nice and full. No skimpy garlands here!
The 20-foot garland: about 200 balloons.
The 15-foot garland: about 150 balloons.
The 10-foot garland: about 100 balloons.
The 5-foot garland: about 50 balloons.

Command hooks are included with every garland kit. Stick the hooks to your wall following the directions on the Command package, then hang your garland from them.
Command products don't work on every surface, so check the package for which walls and surfaces they're made for before you hang.
If you'd like the garland to be free-standing, you'll need a backdrop stand or balloon arch frame, which is sold separately.

Most balloons naturally have some amount of shine to them. If you want your balloons to look extra matte, they will need to oxidize.
Oxidization occurs when the balloons come in contact with oxygen and sunlight.
We don't recommend leaving the balloons out in the sun (sunlight and heat can cause popping), but one easy technique is to blow them up early 2-3 days early. The longer balloons are blown up, the more matte they will become.

Our latex balloons are made from natural rubber latex.
Balloon safety: children under 8 can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons away from children and throw away broken balloons right away. Not for anyone with a latex allergy.
