Balloon Garland Kits
Can I blow up the balloons the day before the event? How long do the balloons last?
Since balloons for your balloon garland will be air-filled, they can actually last 5-7 days (out of direct sun and heat!) We usually recommend setting up the garland 1-2 days before the event.
How many balloons come with a kit?
Each kit comes with enough balloons in a variety of sizes to make your garland nice and full. No skimpy garlands here!
The 20-foot garland: about 200 balloons.
The 15-foot garland: about 150 balloons.
The 10-foot garland: about 100 balloons.
The 5-foot garland: about 50 balloons.
How do I hang the garland?
If you're looking to hang the garland from a wall, for a sturdy or secure hang, I recommend a product similar to "command hooks". Attach the hooks to your wall, and uses string to hang the garland around the hooks.
If you want to use the garland outside, you can also use Command Hooks if hanging from a wall or entryway.
If you'd like the garland to be free-standing, you will need something like a Backdrop Stand, which you can find on Amazon.com.
I want my garland to have that "matte" look. Are the balloons matte?
Our balloons naturally have some shine to them. But if you want your balloons to look extra matte, they will need to oxidize. Oxidization occurs when the balloons come in contact with oxygen and sunlight!
We don't recommend leaving the balloons out in the sun (sunlight and heat can cause popping), but one easy technique is to blow them up early 2-3 days early! The longer balloons are blown up, the more matte they will become.

Discount codes
Discount codes can be entered during the checkout process. Simply type or paste your code in the box labelled “Gift/card or Discount Code,” then click “Apply.” Only one discount code may be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with others.
Shipping
What is your standard delivery time?
We ask our US customers (including Canada) to allow up to 8 business days to receive their orders. While they are likely to arrive sooner, this helps to provide a buffer should there be any unexpected delays. We ask customers based outside of the US to please allow up to 14 business days to receive their order.
I am an International customer, what shipping carrier do you use?
If you are ordering outside of the US (not including Canada) all orders will be shipped through USPS Priority Mail International.
I need to change my shipping address
Due to concerns of possible fraud with address changes, we are not able to change an address on an order that has already been placed. We can cancel the original order and ask that you place a new order again with the correct address.
When will my order ship?
We ask our US customers to allow 1-3 business days for processing of all ground shipments. Actual transit time will depend on where in the US the customer is located and what shipping method is chosen.
How do I track my order?
When your order has shipped we will send you an email with the tracking information. Once you receive this tracking information, you will be able to track your order either by logging into www.elliesparty.com or by clicking the tracking link within your shipping confirmation email. Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update. Should tracking information not update after 3 days, please contact us with your order number at support@elliesparty.com.
Where is my order?
All US orders are shipped via USPS. You can track your order by clicking on the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation. If you have any trouble, please contact support@elliesparty.com or live chat.
The tracking on my order does not say delivered, but I should have received it by now - can you help?
If your tracking information states that your package was not delivered (lost in transit) by the carrier within the anticipated time period, please contact Ellie’s Party immediately.
We will look into the situation and if the package is lost in transit by the carrier we will issue a refund or reship the order.
My order tracking information says it was delivered, but I never received it. What can I do?
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it, we kindly ask that you give your local post office a quick call to see if they have the package. There are times that the tracking shows delivered, but the package does not get dropped off until the next day or so. If you still have not received the order within 3 business days, please contact our customer service team at support@elliesparty.com

At Ellie's we want you to have a 5-star experience with our products and service! Please reach out directly to us via live chat or support@elliesparty.com and we'll do our best to help resolve any issues in a timely fashion.

I am missing part of my order
If you did not receive your complete order, please contact our customer service ASAP team at support@elliesparty.com.
The items have arrived defective or damaged. What can I do?
We take feedback from our customers very seriously. If you have any issues with quality or damages, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We may request images for all issues regarding quality or damages. Customers should reach out to support@elliesparty.com with their order number. Customers outside of the US will be offered a refund only, no replacements will be sent.
Cancellations / Refunds
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can, if you contact us ASAP before it is shipped. Ellie’s Party Supply is closed on the weekends. Kindly contact us at support@elliesparty.com. Please note once an order ships it cannot be cancelled. If you are unable to cancel you may return the order for a refund (see return info). Please also note we do not provide a refund for the shipping charges.
I would like a full or partial refund.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund. The item(s) must be unopened, in the original packaging and accompanied by a return authorization approval. Once product packaging is opened, it may no longer be returned.
Please reach out to the customer service team at support@elliesparty.com to request your return authorization approval before anything is shipped back. Returns without a return authorization approval will be returned to the shipper.
Items returned after 14 days are not eligible for a refund.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If you received a promotional discount on your order, that amount will be deducted from your return.
We do not replace or refund orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by customers. Please triple check that your shipping address is your current address and that it's spelled correctly before completing your purchase.
Ellie’s Party Supply reserves the right to refuse a return, exchange, or refund on opened or used merchandise not returned in its original condition beyond the return/ exchange period. We only accept returns on merchandise purchased from Elliesparty.com.
Ellie’s Party Supply provides prepaid return labels in limited situations. Ellie’s Party Supply does not provide prepaid return labels on orders in which the order was accidentally placed or is no longer needed.
Please mail your package in a secure and traceable method. Be sure to provide the return tracking information to support@elliesparty.com and keep your return tracking information and until the refund has been processed.
Where is my refund?
Once we have refunded your order to the original payment method, it can take 3 to 5 working days depending on your bank.
