Shipping policy
We ship worldwide! All orders over $65 include FREE shipping within the USA. You can also select a different / rush shipping method at checkout. Orders are currently shipping in 1-3 business days of purchase.
We process orders Monday ⎻ Friday, excluding federal holidays* within the United States. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
If you place your order after the cutoff time of 3pm EST, the order will be processed and shipped in the following 3 business days.
Please note: There is a 5 day timeframe in which to report a package as lost, stolen, or damaged. This 5 day specification begins from the delivery date of the package and must be confirmed with our customer service team at support@elliesparty.com.

Shipping costs
Shipping charges are based on package weight and destination and are set by the carrier and not Ellie’s Party Supply.
Ellie’s Party Supply offers free standard shipping in the U.S. on all orders over $65 (before tax).
Free Shipping All orders over $65 qualify for FREE standard shipping within the USA. Orders under $65 will be charged carrier-calculated shipping rates at checkout.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on a business day will begin processing that same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (USA) We ship to all 50 US states via USPS. Carrier-calculated rates are available at checkout for orders under $65. Orders over $65 ship free via standard USPS service.
International Shipping We ship internationally via USPS Priority Mail International, DHL Express, DHL eCommerce, and FedEx. Carrier-calculated rates will be displayed at checkout based on your location and order weight.
⚠️ International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Multiple Addresses We are unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you need items shipped to different addresses, please place separate orders.
