Shipping policy
We ship worldwide! All orders over $65 include FREE shipping within the USA. You can also select a different / rush shipping method at checkout. Orders are currently shipping in 1-3 business days of purchase.
We process orders Monday ⎻ Friday, excluding federal holidays* within the United States. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
If you place your order after the cutoff time of 3pm EST, the order will be processed and shipped in the following 3 business days.
Please note: There is a 5 day timeframe in which to report a package as lost, stolen, or damaged. This 5 day specification begins from the delivery date of the package and must be confirmed with our customer service team at support@elliesparty.com.

Please note that packages will not be shipped on any of the above listed holidays.
Shipping costs
Shipping charges are based on package weight and destination and are set by the carrier and not Ellie’s Party Supply.
Ellie’s Party Supply offers free shipping on all orders over $65 (before tax).
Multiple addresses
We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.
International Shipping policy
The international shipping methods we offer are USPS Priority Mail International.
Please note that all international orders are subject to the country and/ or destination’s duties and CEF (clearance entry) fees. Ellie’s Party Supply is not responsible for any additional fees incurred because of import or export duties, fees, or customs.
