I would like a full or partial refund.
We offer easy, hassle-free returns and exchanges for any reason within 14 days of purchase. You may return your order for a different product or a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 48 hours upon receiving the return for the return to be processed for exchange or refund.
The item(s) must be unopened, in the original packaging and accompanied by a return authorization approval. Once product packaging is opened, it may no longer be returned.
Please reach out to the customer service team at support@elliesparty.com to request your return authorization approval before anything is shipped back. Returns without a return authorization approval will be returned to the shipper.
Items returned after 14 days are not eligible for a refund.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If you received a promotional discount on your order, that amount will be deducted from your return.
No returns on custom orders.
We do not replace or refund orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by customers. Please triple check that your shipping address is your current address and that it's spelled correctly before completing your purchase.
Ellie’s Party Supply reserves the right to refuse a return, exchange, or refund on opened or used merchandise not returned in its original condition beyond the return/ exchange period. We only accept returns on merchandise purchased from Elliesparty.com.
Ellie’s Party Supply provides prepaid return labels in limited situations. Ellie’s Party Supply does not provide prepaid return labels on orders in which the order was accidentally placed or is no longer needed.

✨ Important Pickup & Balloon Care Information ✨
🎈 For the best and longest-lasting balloons, we recommend picking up your order the day before or the day of your event.
📌 No refunds, replacements, or exchanges once the balloons have been picked up. Please inspect your order at pickup to ensure everything is correct.
💨 Helium balloons are affected by temperature & altitude. Keep them indoors, away from extreme heat, cold, and sharp objects.
🚗 Transporting Your Balloons: Be mindful of open car windows, high temperatures, and rough handling, as these can cause balloons to pop. Ellie’s Party Supply is not responsible for popped or deflated balloons after pickup.
⏳ Balloon Float Time:
Helium-filled latex balloons last 8-12 hours (longer with Hi-Float).
Mylar & jumbo helium balloons last several days to a week.
Air-filled balloons (garlands/clusters) last days to weeks, depending on conditions.
