Refund Policy
I would like a full or partial refund.
We offer easy, hassle-free returns and exchanges for any reason within 14 days of purchase. You may return your order for a different product or a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 48 hours upon receiving the return for the return to be processed for exchange or refund.
The item(s) must be unopened, in the original packaging and accompanied by a return authorization approval. Once product packaging is opened, it may no longer be returned.
Please reach out to the customer service team at support@elliesparty.com to request your return authorization approval before anything is shipped back. Returns without a return authorization approval will be returned to the shipper.
Items returned after 14 days are not eligible for a refund.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If you received a promotional discount on your order, that amount will be deducted from your return.
No returns on custom orders.
We do not replace or refund orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by customers. Please triple check that your shipping address is your current address and that it's spelled correctly before completing your purchase.
Ellie’s Party Supply reserves the right to refuse a return, exchange, or refund on opened or used merchandise not returned in its original condition beyond the return/ exchange period. We only accept returns on merchandise purchased from Elliesparty.com.
Ellie’s Party Supply provides prepaid return labels in limited situations. Ellie’s Party Supply does not provide prepaid return labels on orders in which the order was accidentally placed or is no longer needed.

Choose your colors, book your date, pick up your garland on Wednesdays or Fridays, and make your celebration feel instantly special.
Important Pickup & Balloon Care Information
- For the best and longest-lasting balloons, we recommend picking up your order the day before or the day of your event.
No refunds, replacements, or exchanges once the balloons have been picked up. Please inspect your order at pickup to ensure everything is correct. - Helium balloons are affected by temperature & altitude. Keep them indoors, away from extreme heat, cold, and sharp objects.
- Transporting Your Balloons: Be mindful of open car windows, high temperatures, and rough handling, as these can cause balloons to pop. Ellie’s Party Supply is not responsible for popped or deflated balloons after pickup.
- Balloon Float Time: Helium-filled latex balloons last 8-12 hours (longer with Hi-Float).Mylar & jumbo helium balloons last several days to a week. Air-filled balloons (garlands/clusters) last days to weeks, depending on conditions.
FAQ
Our latex balloons are made from natural latex, a plant-based material derived from rubber trees. Ellie's Party Supply does not support balloon releases. Please pop balloons, collect all pieces, and dispose of them responsibly after your event. Never release balloons outdoors.
Does this kit come with everything I need to hang it?
No hanging required — seriously! Your garland arrives fully assembled and completely freestanding. No walls, no hooks, no sticky strips, no “why won’t this stick” moments. Just set it down, step back, and let it do its thing. Your walls will thank you.
What is the Founding 50?
The first 50 local customers to book a 10' Grab & Go Garland lock in our $175 launch price for any event within the next 6 months.
How does Grab & Go work?
Your garland is fully assembled and ready for pickup. You pick it up, transport it, and celebrate!
When is pickup?
Wednesdays and Fridays only, in the Neptune Beach / Jacksonville Beaches area. Exact details after order confirmation.
How far ahead can I book?
Up to 6 months in advance.
Can I choose colors?
Yes, up to 6 colors from our color chart. Send your theme and we'll help.
Will it fit in my car?
A 10' Grab & Go Garland requires an SUV or larger vehicle with seats folded down. Crazy Towers and Balloon Clusters can usually fit in a standard car.
Does this include delivery or installation?
No. Delivery or installation may be available for an added fee depending on date, location, and availability.
Are your balloons better than big-box balloons?
Yes. We use premium-quality balloons from trusted professional balloon brands designed to look better, last longer, and create a more polished party setup.
Are your balloons latex?
Yes. Made from natural latex from rubber trees.
Do you support balloon releases?
No. Please pop balloons, collect pieces, and dispose responsibly after your event. Never release balloons outdoors.
Will the garland last more than one day?
Our premium garlands are designed to last longer when kept indoors and handled with care. Heat, direct sun, wind, rain, and rough surfaces can affect performance.
