I order a white cloud balloon and the colour is drab beige/grey. the product looks nothing like the picture.

This was so adorable and perfect for the shower for my preemie granddaughter!!
The backdrop came in on time and was great for my sisters baby shower! The package even included instructions on how to steam it!
Quality is good and can be ironed at a low temperature. It worked out great and definitely was what I expected.

Backdrop was perfect. I recommend unfolding and hanging up a few days in advance and iron/ steam. Give it time to release the wrinkles.
The material of the backdrop wasn’t what I was expecting which did catch me off guard at first . But it was beautiful & shipped in a small packaged . I didn’t open the package until 2 weeks after getting it and the backdrop wasn’t wrinkled at all . It was perfect !
The banner was such good quality! It really pulled the entire theme together for my baby’s first birthday party. I loved this purchase!
This was well made, arrived quickly and was the perfect backdrop for the shower. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is due to the creasing caused by shipping it folded. No amount of ironing helped and in fact the more I tried to get the creases out the worse a few of them got. Really needs to be sent rolled.

Everything about this order was amazing. The backdrop turned out amazing and the customer service was amazing. We had a issue with the post office that had nothing to do with the seller. As soon as I told her she was 100% on it and made sure the backdrop made it to me on time. Would 100% recommend this product.
