Shipping: We pack orders in 1 to 3 business days. Standard ground shipping then takes 2 to 5 business days, and you can upgrade to faster shipping at checkout. Orders over $65 ship free within the U.S.
If plans change, you have 14 days after your order arrives to request a return. Items need to be unopened and in their original packaging.
If anything arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us right away and we will make it right.

I loved it the only thing I would ask is maybe a how to? Like how to cluster the balloons and all the things but I figured it out in the end!
These were high quality balloons that were pretty easy to work with. A week in and they still look great, so I think that says something. I didn’t use the included garland strip but instead watched some YouTube videos about how to tie balloons together and twist them into sets of 4. Then to attach the sets of 4 together I used long skinny white balloons not inflated. I bought the 20 ft and had enough to drape down half a 7 ft arch, plus another garland for outside, and still had 1/4 of the balloons left. I am so happy with how they turned out and got a ton of compliments! The shop was also kind and answered my questions before and after.
Ellie’s Party Supply is hands down the best! I won’t order from anyone else. The balloon garlands last for weeks and are the most rich, vibrant colors! Perfect decor for our parties!
Great quality balloons, feel buttery and didn't hurt my fingers! I had the garland outside and it was very humid so the chrome lost its shine very quickly. I did have to buy extra balloons to make the garland extra full.
They looked great at the beginning but by the end most of the balloons popped. We did have the party outside so maybe the sun made them pop it was in the 70s . I’ve had several balloon parties and I’ve paid for a professional so to save money I thought I’d do it myself. Bad idea!

Loved our custom balloon garland. We were so happy with the colors of the balloons. Great customer service and quick shipping!
A balloon arch was so intimidating for me. I was hosting a holiday party for my co-workers. I had a general color scheme in mind but no clue how to do a photo area. Ellies Team was fast, friendly, and so responsive!! They messaged back and forth with me several times answering questions, assuring me the balloons were basically foolproof to put together, and working with me to create a custom color blend.
The result was spectacular and all of my coworkers were so impressed. We took a ton of fun pictures and I'll be honest, even though the party is over the arch is still up. It's just so pretty to loom at I hate to take it down. We'll see how long the balloons last, but so far they are going really strong 3 days in.

Very easy to put together (I got an electric pump off Amazon for balloon filling). The balloon colors were a little off from the advertised photos but overall still looked nice.

I do wish the balloons were organized by size. I was a little confused on how full to fill the giant balloons verses the regular balloons since they looked so similar deflated.
But, their customer service is amazing!
I had a specific color palette in mind, and Ellie was able to help me accomplish that! The balloons turned out fabulous. I did miscalculate the length I needed, so I added my own white balloons to the top. Also bought a 3 ft balloon to add to the bottom through this shop which worked wonderfully.
Easy to do! Fun to make! The sticker dots worked so well. It was a very windy day and everything stayed put! Highly recommend! Also, very nice balloon quality and nice color selections.
I ordered 3 different sizes of garland. The packaging was amazing. They arrived neat and organized in a box. Directions were easy to follow.
