- Preferred Pickup Time (between 10 AM and 2 PM, or text us if you need another time)
- Event Type
- Up to 6 Balloon Colors
- Any Add-Ons (Starburst, Number Balloon, Mylar, etc.)
Please note: Add-ons are not included in the base price and will be confirmed after your order is placed
PICKUP & LOGISTICS
Location: 151 Levy Rd, Suite 2, Atlantic Beach, FL (middle warehouse, look for our sign)
Vehicle required: SUV or larger (garland dimensions require a spacious vehicle)
Pickup: Wednesday and Friday, 10 AM to 2 PM. Need another time? Text us and we'll work it out.

Shipping: We pack orders in 1 to 3 business days. Standard ground shipping then takes 2 to 5 business days, and you can upgrade to faster shipping at checkout. Orders over $65 ship free within the U.S.
If plans change, you have 14 days after your order arrives to request a return. Items need to be unopened and in their original packaging.
If anything arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us right away and we will make it right.
