The size and color of this balloon was as expected. I loved the matte finish and the quality was top notch. Even the associates at the party store where I had the balloon filled made comments about how nice the balloon was. Will purchase again!
Can't wait to use for my son's first birthday!

I ordered 2 balloons and after inflation with helium one balloon did not float. The other balloon is still holding up after 3 days.
I ordered 2 number balloons. One of the balloons did not float after it was blew up with helium. I was disappointed because I had to pay $8 to have the balloon blown up.
I am updating my review to 5 star due to seller contacting me to correct the customer issue. I received a refund for the balloon that would not float properly. Thank you for good customer service!

One little thing only I think it will be better if you send a bigger straw to lower the volume it will make it easier thank you
The balloon had a hole in it and didn’t hold the helium I needed it to for my daughter’s birthday. Luckily, the customer service was great and they guided me through options that would best suit my situation. I ended up receiving a full refund and I am very grateful for that.
SO disappointed!
1) This balloon didn't float with full helium in it!!! it sort of lifts and falls down...is this expected?? i see an image with it floating so assume helium works (though now it looks a bit horizontal). SO disappointed since it's meant to be the center piece of a ballon bouquet.
2) It's not white. It's grey....
