Customer service was great! The shipment arrived missing the shark balloon and the issue was corrected immediately and arrived in plenty of time for my event. The product quality was average. The dark blue balloons (around 5) kept randomly popping. They weren’t over inflated and would be on the floor waiting to be put on the Garland strip and with no one touching them they would just pop. There were plenty of balloons so it didn’t affect the overall look of the Garland. Overall a great product and company.
This was the first balloon garland I've ever attempted and it turned out FABULOUS! The colors all coordinated perfectly with my daughter's third birthday fiesta. The instructions were clear and the balloon pump saved me so much time and energy! I'm so happy I found Ellie's Party Supply, this will be my balloon destination for my next event.
Love this kit! Super cute colors and the sizes were great. I did run out of glue dots bc I had to use a few more on the larger balloons but other than that it was perfect.
Bought this for a 4th of July float and check out the quality. 1st off there were issues with my delivery but customer service was amazing and got everything on time. 2nd so easy to make! I was surprised I bought the hand air pump thinking this might take all night to make but in under an hour by myself this was done. 3rd it was really durable. I made on a Thursday and we used it Saturday, looked just as great. If your are wanting an arch I would buy 3 of these kits and make sure to have zip ties. I would buy again!
I made 2 balloon clusters out of the 10ft plus stars and got so many compliments on them!

These balloons are very high quality. They are thick and I didn’t have any pop while assembling the garland. I’ve previously purchased a different style garland from another seller and this product was definitely better quality. It came together really nicely and my son loved it. I did have an issue with a missing item but the seller resolved it quickly and was very nice to work with.

This is the second balloon garland that I've ordered from Ellies Event Co. I love that they make it so easy to to assemble! I (and my guests) am always impressed by how a balloon garland can spice up your decorations! I will definitely be ordering more in the future! I used the ballooon garland as a 'step and repeat' for our outdoor Halloween bash, it turned out so cute!
NOTE: the backdrop and ghost balloon were ordered separately.
The garland came out great! It was packaged nicely, the instructions were clear and the end result was awesome. I would purchase again in a heartbeat.
