Size and color guide
Size and color guide
Two questions come up before almost every order: how big is it, and do you have my color? Here are both, in one place.
How big is each size?
5ft: an accent. About 50 balloons. A cake table, a welcome sign, or the top corner of a doorway.
10ft: a focal point. About 100 balloons. Runs the front edge of a standard 6ft table.

15ft: the one in the photos. About 150 balloons. A standard 8ft table or a full doorway arch. Our pick if you're unsure.

20ft: the whole wall. About 200 balloons. A full backdrop wall, a double doorway, or a garland that wraps a corner.

Not sure between two sizes? Measure the table or wall you want to frame and pick the size that is a little longer. A garland can always swoop, but it cannot stretch.

What's in every kit
What's in every kit
Everything is portioned before it goes in the box, so you are assembling, not designing.
The balloons, counted out in the recipe you see in the photos. No working out quantities yourself.
Garland strip, cut to your length, so the spacing stays even without you measuring anything.
Glue dots for the small accent balloons. This is the step that makes a garland look finished instead of homemade.
Command hooks, 260s and rubber bands. Hooks and 260s: 2 of each with a 5ft, 3 with a 10ft or 15ft, and 4 with a 20ft. Rubber bands: 5 with a 5ft, 10 with a 10ft, 15 with a 15ft, 20 with a 20ft. Command hooks come off the wall without taking the paint with them, which matters in a rental or your own living room.
Step-by-step instructions with two build methods.
One thing that is not in the box: a pump. Garlands are air filled, so there is no helium and no trip to the party store. If you do not own a pump, add one to your order. If you already have one, skip it.
About our balloons
About our balloons
It is the part of the kit you definitely notice, in a photo and in the room.
We only use Kalisan, Sempertex, Belbal and Tuftex, the brands professional balloon artists buy. They are made from natural rubber latex. No strange smells, richer color, rounder shapes, and they hold up longer.
Bargain packs go see-through once you blow them up, and the color can drift from bag to bag, so the sage at one end of your garland is not quite the sage at the other.
Every garland is air filled, so no helium and no trip to the party store.
Good to know: these are latex balloons, so skip them if anyone at your party has a latex allergy.
WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD. Children under 8 yrs. can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
Two ways to build it
Two ways to build it
You do not need to be good at balloons. That part is our problem.
Two methods come in the box. One is quicker, one is more forgiving. Use whichever suits you. If you can blow up a balloon and follow a garland strip, you are qualified.
How long it really takes. With an electric pump (we highly recommend one), give yourself about 1 hour for a 15ft using the cluster method, or about 1.5 hours using the garland strip.
Blowing up by hand or with a hand pump runs about 15 seconds a balloon. A 10ft is about 100 balloons and a 15ft about 150, so that is roughly 25 minutes or 40 minutes of pumping with no breaks, before you start building.
Then the building: 10 to 20 minutes twisting clusters, or about 25 minutes popping balloons into the garland strip, then glue dots to add the filler and 5in balloons.
Then hang it behind the cake table, over the bar cart, or across the entryway.
Stuck halfway through? Message us. We would much rather hear from you mid-build than after.
Shipping and your party date
Shipping and your party date
Party dates don't move, so here's exactly how the timing works.
1 to 3 business days to pack. We count, pack and check every kit by hand. Most orders go out sooner.
Then 3 to 5 business days to you. Standard USPS shipping averages 3 to 5 business days after your order ships, and every garland kit ships free within the U.S. Other orders ship free over $65. Delivery dates aren't guaranteed.
Have an event date? Tell us before you order. We'll prioritize your kit and help you pick the right shipping. Faster shipping is available at checkout for an extra cost, and we'll tell you honestly whether you need it.
For a weekend party, ordering about two weeks ahead is the comfortable window.
