Shipping: We pack orders in 1 to 3 business days. Standard ground shipping then takes 2 to 5 business days, and you can upgrade to faster shipping at checkout. Orders over $65 ship free within the U.S.
If plans change, you have 14 days after your order arrives to request a return. Items need to be unopened and in their original packaging.
If anything arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us right away and we will make it right.

Mixed feelings about this balloon arch cake topper.. For starters, the hollow straws included in the kit came slightly crushed and definitely were not strong enough or long enough to support the balloon arch. I threw out the straws and swapped them for wooden dowels. The balloons, although smaller than standard size, are still very large for “mini” balloons. Especially the confetti balloons, they are not mini at all. I would have liked if they all were smaller but the less you blow them up the larger the dark spot on the top of the balloon and you risk shrinkage. That said, it does come with plenty of balloons and I like the option to choose up to 6 colors. The colors are darker in person than online though. I wish I had chosen the lightest green and blue options. Overall it worked out I guess but the stock photo is misleading

I want all of my cakes to have tiny balloon garlands now! This was adorable!
Original package was sent with only the balloons but the company responded very quickly and sent the missing items with plenty of time before event. Seller was very responsive with any concerns. I would buy again for future events.
Good quality balloons and came as the size I expected
Item arrived exactly as described. Item arrived on time. The straws that came with did not hold up as well, so I added glue gummy for support. The balloons had to be blown a bit smaller to fit the size of the cake, in turn making them appear a little darker than pictured. I’d still recommend it to friends. It really made my little one’s cake even more beautiful. & the seller gave me a partial credit for the inconvenience. Bless their heart.
