How it works

1. Inflate the garland balloons. Air fill only, no helium or tank needed for the garland. An electric balloon pump is recommended for the 15-foot garland and makes setup much faster.
2. Connect. Push the balloons through the garland strip. The strip does the shaping for you.
3. Hang. Command hooks are included, no tools or holes in the wall.
4. Assemble the tassel tail kits. Instructions are included on each kit and assembly takes about 10 to 15 minutes per tassel. The giant 24-inch balloons that anchor each tassel require helium to float, unless you use a small balloon stand instead (both options work great). For helium, your two easiest options are your nearest party supply shop or a helium tank from Target or your local supermarket. Depending on pricing in your area, either works well.
5. Add the cake topper. Use the included hand pump for the mini balloons. Those need the control a hand pump gives you, an electric pump pushes too much air too fast for something that small.

How long it takes

Most customers build the garland the night before, then hang it and finish the table on party day. The tassel tail kits take about 10 to 15 minutes each to assemble and are easiest to do ahead of time. With an electric pump the garland typically takes around 90 minutes. With the included hand pump, allow closer to 3 hours for the full garland.
