They got back to me quickly when I was concerned there was no straw to blow up the balloons.
BUT, I managed to use a juice box straw that worked well.
Looked great for a bridal shower! Great quality...so much so that they are still blown up a week later ready for the bachelorette weekend! Comes with a straw to blow up but no connecting string or ribbon so just be aware you have to supply that yourself.

These balloons were great quality! Held up in the wind all afternoon and are even in good enough shape to reuse! Loved the self sealing feature so we didn’t have to worry about sealing the ends!
The service was great and received in timely manner. If ordering mylar balloons and you have not worked with them before, I recommend contacting seller for specific instructions ahead of time since they can be a bit more touchy and of course cannot be inflated too soon before your event. The owner is very friendly, easy to work with and ready to please.
So beautiful! Perfect for what I need and it came SO quickly! Cute cute packaging as well :)
