• Glue dots (included) straight onto the ceiling
• Fishing wire from a light fixture or a beam
• A tree branch if you are celebrating outside

No tank, no trip to the party store, nothing to rent or return.

Style it your way

Float the tassel tails near the cake table, or use the four giant 36-inch balloons inside the garland for extra shape and dimension.

How it works

1. Inflate. Air fill only, no helium and no tank. An electric balloon pump is recommended for the 15-foot garland and makes setup much faster.
2. Connect. Push the balloons through the garland strip. The strip does the shaping for you.
3. Hang. Command hooks are included, no tools or holes in the wall.
4. Assemble the tassel tail kits. Instructions are included on each kit and assembly takes about 10 to 15 minutes per tassel. Hang the giant balloons with the included glue dots, fishing wire, or from a branch outside.
5. Add the cake topper. Use the included hand pump for the mini balloons. Those need the control a hand pump gives you, an electric pump pushes too much air too fast for something that small.

How long it takes

Most customers build the garland the night before, then hang it and finish the table on party day. The tassel tail kits take about 10 to 15 minutes each to assemble and are easiest to do ahead of time. With an electric pump the garland typically takes around 90 minutes. With the included hand pump, allow closer to 3 hours for the full garland.
